Travel Agent Rates at the Fairmont Edmonton
Just wanted to let you know I had the opportunity to stay at the Fairmont Hotel in Edmonton this weekend. Following Mr. Anil Ramcharitar's testimonial about his trip last November, I did the Fairmont course and booked as a travel agent....got a room with 2 beds for $109, including an extended check-out of 2 pm!! My son Darin was singing at the Winspear Centre in Edmonton and it
was going to be a late night and an early morning, so we usually spend a
night at a hotel. Our usual stay at the Holiday Inn Express was going to
cost $145....and the Fairmont Hotel MacDonald was an amazing property to be on....you should have seen the fitness centre, sauna, steam room and pool....fabulous!

Spring Time For Atv Loans

Spring is already on the minds of consumers and the need for ATVs is goning to be apon business owners and recreational ATV sportests alike. Only problem is some will be looking for an ATV loan to get their new wheels.

Got a laugh from this post I found on ATV loans. I was more interested in the bit about using a secured line of credit for a bad credit ATV loan. If people can’t manage to get their monthly bills sorted out now, they might not want to buy an ATV.

“Trying to find financing for something simple like an ATV loan can be a funny experience. As folks look to buy a new ATV (all terrain vehicle) they may be looking for a line of credit from their local bank, or perhaps an online ATV loan that is secured or not secured. Either way they’re looking at providing some kind of collateral.”

The banks these days are really tightening up their grip on lending, so it’s a tough call for any kind of ATV loan. Including eLoan these days.

There are some sites online that provide ATV loans, but not many. Most ask for your left nut for collateral!

INteresting, as I have been using Blogger mostly in the past, but I’m looking for alternatives to Blogger and Wordpress. Some free blog service with no advertising would be best.

een doing some research into free blog services. But more than that, I’ve been looking for some blog services that are free And easy to use. Blogger and Wordpress, but I want a free blog service that allows my advertising on it.

I’ll be posting a list of these free blog services in the posts coming up before the new year.

Watstat Site Like Wikipedia

You can see there are allot of other webmasters who are trying to build their own Wiki sites these days. My favorite Wiki platform is DokuWiki, and there are others using exactly the same software as Wikipedia.

A good example is this site, called Watstat. They use the Wikipedia software platform for their site. Interesting to me anyway.

I think Watstat is supposed to mean “What’s That?” Hmmm…

HELOC Interest Rates In Canada

HELOC interest rates in Canada are lower than ever as the Loonie rises. As a result, HELOCs are being applied for en masse. Canadian banks, like all American banks, are eager to provide home equity line of credit financing. There is no risk to the banks in Canada, and they make nothing but money with their interest rates.      

Canadian HELOC rates have been staying pretty low at the variable home equity loan rate and the fixed HELOC rate. You must shop around a little to ensure you don't get hosed with a bad rate. Searching for Guaranteed Student Loans in Texas

Had an email the other day from someone regarding a student looking for a guaranteed student loan program in Texas. Finding a guarantee is a pretty tough call you know. I would think that there are not that many banks in New Mexico that provide for such a deal.  

Why this is such a brutal loan to track down in Texas?  Easy. The banks are really clamping down officers approving bad student loans, and the Federal government has slapped some new laws down in regards to predatory lending practices in the student loan arena.
